Important Notice:
Do Not Dispute Before Contacting Support
Before initiating a dispute, please reach out to our customer support. Disputing without consulting our team may result in loss of both your money and service access. Refunds are not available if you open a dispute.
Refund Policy:
We are confident in the quality of our IPTV services and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, we understand that our subscription plans may not always meet every customer’s expectations. If you encounter an issue that we are unable to resolve, rendering our service unusable, we are happy to offer a refund.
How to Request a Refund:
- Include your transaction order ID with the subject line: “Refund request”
- Describe in detail the issues you’re facing and the reason for your request.
- We may request additional information or proof to better understand your issue. Likewise, we will provide transparency and explanations from our end to ensure a clear decision-making process.
Conditions for Refund:
- Technical Issues: Refunds will only be considered if you have allowed us to attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, a refund will be processed.
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, refunds cannot be processed.
- Processing Time: Refunds for credit card payments are typically processed within 20 to 31 working days. In rare cases, this may take up to 90 days, depending on the payment provider’s policies. We are not responsible for these delays as we are solely the IPTV service provider.
Partial Refunds:
Refunds for purchases made within 7 days will be issued in full. For requests made beyond this period, refunds will be adjusted based on the remaining subscription time.
No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
- Channel Line-Up or Performance Dissatisfaction: We recommend testing our service with a trial before purchasing any longer-term package.
- Setup Issues on Customer’s End: We offer support for device setup and configuration, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or setups.
- Intermittent Freezing, Buffering, or Channel Downtime: While we maintain stable servers, occasional freezing or downtime may occur due to factors like:
- Customer’s internet connection fluctuations.
- Device or app setup issues.
- ISP problems.
- Temporary server-side channel issues.
- Customer Changes Their Mind: Switching servers or changing preferences after purchase does not qualify for a refund.
Service Interruption:
If you experience service interruptions of 48 hours or more due to issues on our end, we will either:
- Provide a full refund for the affected period, or
- Extend your subscription time with additional bonus days as compensation.
